Louisville Tile is seeking a Commercial Coordinator for our sales support team in Louisville and Lexington.
The Commercial Coordinators' primary function is to drive commercial sales by partnering with the outside sales team.
This position is an inside sales representative with a focus on large commercial clients.
Commercial coordinators develop a high rapport with commercial contractors, project bidders, project managers, and installers.
Commercial coordinators demonstrate an understanding of the construction process and daily needs of our contractor base.
The commercial coordinator is a solution-based sales position.
This position provides support to the outside sales team by quoting commercial jobs, ordering samples, and ensuring all data is reflected in Salesforce.
Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Providing exceptional customer service Communicates with outside sales reps regarding concerns about projects, materials, and delays Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges Assisting with sales targets and goals by building client relationships Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Salesforce Organize/Coordinates weekly commercial meetings Quarterly in person visits with key commercial clients Branch expert on Salesforce, Dodge, and CQM Knowledge of market pricing Keeping current with new products, services, and promotions to better serve customers Creates commercial quotes in CQM and provide to bidders and commercial team Provides sample support to outside sales team Daily Salesforce updates from start to finish of a job, as follows:
