per hour.
Engages Vocational Rehabilitation participants and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal of competitive employment in community job settings with other workers who do not necessarily have disabilities.
Conducts Discovery activities, such as informational interviews, job shadows, and work experience, to determine consumer interests, strengths, and vocational goal.
Conducts job development and job search activities.
Provides documentation for all activities daily.
Qualifications:
Education and experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in mental health, social services, or business.
Experience providing employment services.
Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle to transport clients, and car insurance.
Bonus plan for benchmarks, business mileage reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, $180/mo QSEHRA plan (healthcare reimbursement through marketplace) and $170/mo benefit allowance.
