The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess excellent attention to detail.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling customer accounts, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties - Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies - Code and post customer payments accurately - Process credit card payments and electronic funds transfers - Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices - Conduct credit analysis on new and existing customers - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable -In Addition to accounts receivable duties this person will also be the office receptionist handling all inbound calls Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
