SR Wood, Inc. is seeking a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for the company's Clarksville, Indiana office to contribute and share in the success of our company.
SR Wood is looking for a sharp, dependable go-getter who is willing to work as a team member and accept a range of responsibilities, coordinating all aspects of business between customers and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between SR Wood and designated accounts
- Expand customer relationships
- Assess, analyze, and address all customer needs
- Respond to customer requests for product information, price quotes, and order status
- Process orders by verifying pricing, reviewing product specifications, and entering orders
- Grow sales volume
SR Wood relies heavily on all employees. This position combines elements of both Inside Sales and Customer Service, playing a key role in helping our company and customers succeed.

Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual who is driven, engaging, detail-oriented, dependable, and personable. Basic math and computer skills are required. Strong ability to interact with customers. Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service experience required.
Compensation:
$26,000-$32,000, based on experience. Bonus eligible.
